An AI chat can be added to a website in one evening: you sign up, enter your services and prices as cards, check the answers in a test chat and paste one line of code before the closing body tag.
Step 1. Sign up
Open ai.valmaty.kz, enter your company name, website address and email. No card needed.
Step 2. Train the assistant
In the "Training" tab, add cards: services and prices, address and hours, payment and delivery, answers to frequent questions. Write the way you'd tell a client. What isn't in the cards, the assistant doesn't make up.
Step 3. Test
In the "Test" tab, ask it the questions your clients ask. If an answer is inaccurate, fix the card and ask again.
Step 4. Requests to Telegram
Click "Connect Telegram", open the link, then press "Start" in the bot. When a client leaves a phone number, the request comes to your Telegram.
Step 5. Code on the website
In the "Connection" tab, copy the line of code and paste it on your website before the closing body tag. Website builders have a "Custom code" or "HTML embed" field for this. The address in the line must start with https.

- Auto-open: the chat opens by itself after a set number of seconds if the visitor hasn't clicked the button.
