Hi, I'm Chingiz
I live near Almaty, I'm raising three kids, and I build websites with chatbots. I studied IT at IITU, then worked in video surveillance, organized children's parties and ran my own pottery studio.
That's why I understand business from the inside. I know what a call from a client who "just wants to ask the price" looks like, and what a high season with not enough hands is. To me, a website isn't a picture but a manager who answers at two in the morning.
I write every project myself and handle it personally. No managers or retelling: you talk to me from the first message to the website launch.

A website should bring requests and payments. We start with the question "what should happen after someone visits", not with the button color.
Honesty
If the idea is weak, I'll say so right away and explain why. I don't promise "top 1 in a week" and don't sell what you don't need.
Only facts
I write texts based on what can be verified: your words, 2GIS, social media, reviews. What I don't know, I don't make up; I mark it with a question.

How much do a website and a chatbot cost?
A turnkey website starts at 150,000 ₸; the final amount depends on the task: a landing page, a store and a service with payments cost differently. After a short chat on WhatsApp, I name the exact amount and timeline before work starts.
Can I see the website first and pay later?
Yes, that's how I work with businesses without a website: I build a finished version at a separate address, show it to you, and you pay only if you like it.
What is promotion in AI and how is it different from SEO?
SEO is needed for your website to appear in Google and Yandex results. GEO is for AI models (ChatGPT, Alice, Gemini, Perplexity) to find your business and name it in their answers. For that, your website needs clear facts, schema.org structured data and an llms.txt file. Nobody can guarantee a place in AI answers, but the chances grow noticeably.
Do you guarantee first place on Google or Yandex?
No. Honest ranking guarantees are impossible: search engines change their algorithms. I guarantee what depends on me: a fast website, correct markup, regional pages and a report on what was done.
Which cities and countries do you work with?
I live and work in Almaty and the Almaty Region, but I build websites for businesses all over Kazakhstan and in CIS countries. All communication is online, in Russian and Kazakh.
